3. Refund & Return Policy

At S&G Press & Machinery Sales, we aim to provide detailed information about our used machinery to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of used industrial equipment, our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. Sales Are Final

All equipment sales are considered final. We encourage all buyers to inspect equipment in person or request a live video demonstration before purchase. Machines are sold “as-is, where-is.”

2. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted if the machine is significantly different than represented, and must be pre-approved in writing by S&G Press & Machinery Sales.

3. Time Limit

Any approved return request must be made within 7 business days of delivery or pickup.

4. Condition of Returned Equipment

Returned items must be in the same condition as when sold. Equipment that has been modified, dismantled, or damaged after sale will not be eligible for return.

5. Shipping Responsibility

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error in the listing or a confirmed issue misrepresented by us.

6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the returned equipment being received and inspected. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, minus any restocking or shipping fees (if applicable).
