This Dallas Model DRFS-860 & P.T.S.-582 is a robust, high-performance solution for heavy-gauge coil processing. Engineered for versatility, it handles a massive 60" maximum width with a capacity of .250" thickness at full width, increasing to .312" for narrower 24" stock.

The system features 8-inch diameter matte chrome feed rolls driven by a precision cluster gear assembly, ensuring consistent material movement without slippage. The integrated P.T.S.-582 Pull-Thru Straightener utilizes five rolls with screw-jack adjustments to eliminate coil set, while the motorized pinch rolls and air-operated adjustments simplify the threading process. Controlled via a free-standing AC servo console, the unit supports job memory and batch counting for high-efficiency "Auto Mode" production.
